DANISH BUSINESS HYGGE FOR REAL

The Danish – Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Denmark hereby welcome members and friends of the chamber to the only true Danish Christmas Lunch in Bangkok.

This year the Christmas Lunch will be back at the embassy premises as previous years. The one and only Danish restaurant in Bangkok, the Stable Lodge, will cater the original Danish Christmas food and services for the guest. All food is ad libitum as usual and so is the beer, wine, snaps and soft drinks. All the hearth and stomach can take until 17.00.

There will be live music by the famous I HEAR Band. Thus from 12.00 to 17.00 the embassy lawn will be filled with Christmas spirits, traditional Danish Christmas food and beverages, and most importantly ‘hygge’! All available ad libitum. The Lucky Draw session will start 1500 to pick the luxurious Lucky Draw winners.

Practical Information

When: Friday 21 November 2025, 12.00-17.00 / Registration starts at 11.00 and the buffet will open 12.00.

Where: The Royal Embassy of Denmark, Bangkok.

Early Bird Prices valid until 1 November 2025

Members 2,600 THB – Non-members 3,100 THB. Table for 8 persons: Members 19,300 THB and Non-Members 23,300 THB.

After the 1 November 2025 the normal prices will be:

Members 3,100 THB – Non-members 3,900 THB. Table for 8 persons: Members 23,300 THB and Non-Members 29,700 THB.

  • Advance payment is required to confirm your registration and if payment is not made 48 hours before event, your place will be passed on to the waiting list. No walk-ins accepted.
  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours (1 day) and no-shows are NOT able to receive neither a refund nor credit.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

*We would also like to draw your attention to the security policies at The Royal Danish Embassy. In order to be admitted to the event, please bring identification proof with you. The following documents will be accepted: ID cards, passports & driver’s license cards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

**Please note, that there are no parking possibilities at the Embassy itself. However, parking spaces will be available in the vicinity (150 meter) of the Embassy area at 123 Parking Company.
