Come and meet Gerrit Pelzer, a Leadership Advisor & Executive Coach, and the Managing Director of Vivo Consulting Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. Gerrit was one of the first International Coach Federation (ICF)-certified coaches in Thailand and is thus a ‘coaching pioneer’ in this country. He is a founding member and former Vice President of the ICF Bangkok chapter.

‘Coaching’ is a popular buzzword these days. And indeed, building a coaching culture in your organization is a very promising way to boost performance, to attract top talent, and to retain high performers. However, many organizations fail in this endeavor.

Leadership Advisor & Executive Coach Gerrit Pelzer will guide us through a short workshop session to elaborate:

About the speaker:

Gerrit holds a Master’s degree in chemistry and a doctoral degree in natural sciences from the Technical University Aachen in Germany, and he worked in various senior management positions in the chemical industry in Europe and in Asia with Henkel/Cognis.

Coaching-wise, he holds ICF Professional Certified Coach-credentials, and he is certified in a number of assessments like Hogan, Myers-Briggs, and various 360-degree feedbacks.

In his coaching practice, he focuses on helping leaders in multinational corporations create an environment in which people excel. So that they get better results through people.”
