Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to meet with the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, to learn more about the most recent changes on foreign labour employment regulations in Thailand and what the future might bring. During the last couple of years, a number of changes have been decreed by the Ministry of Labour. However, not all are aware of the real-life consequences and, to some extent, the regulations and decrees are interpreted differently. More specifically the Emergency Decree on Non-Thais’ Working Management (No. 2 – 2018) would be of interest to many of our members.
