During and in the aftermath of the COVID epidemic a large number of companies hereunder Danish founded had to turn the key and close the company. Still even after a closure there may be debt, tax issues and many other reason where the Directors are in focus for liability etc.
What are the duties and liabilities of Directors under Thai law? What are the directors’ civil and criminal liabilities? How to avoid criminal liability?
