The regulations for applying for a DTV Visa at the Embassy of Thailand in your land of residence has just been updated including more restrictive measures. One of the new requirements is a criminal record clearance certificate, and evidence showing proof of permanent residence.

Thus, there are now various requirements depending on which country you have a permanent residence in. The Danish Chamber of Commerce encourages you to check with your local Thai embassy for an update on the requirements for the DTV visa.
