The chamber has from our corporate member Baker & McKenzie received the following update related to the new regulations on trade remedy measures. The amendment to the Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Act, B.E. 2542 (1999) in May 2019 is to include anti-circumvention measures to prevent circumvention of the trade remedy measures.
