On Sunday 8 October 2023 H. E. Vichit Chitvimarn a former Honorary Member of the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce was found killed in his house in Bangkok only 63 years old. To our community, we regretfully announce the passing of H.E. Vichit Chitvimarn. The Chamber conveys it deepest sympathy for the family and friends.
H.E. Vichit Chitvimarn was the Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark from 2018 a very well-liked personality in Denmark, until he was replaced in 2020 by the current ambassador, H.E. Mrs. Sirilak Niyom. H. E.
H.E. Vichit Chitvimarn retired from government service (The Ministry of Foreign Affairs) on September 30, 2020.
