Despite the rainy weather, all 30 registered guests from Bangkok and Chonburi gathered at the Royal Copenhagen (RC) factory in Saraburi for a unique networking experience and an opportunity to witness how some of the world’s finest porcelain, including pieces crafted for the Danish Royal Court, is made.

The visitors were warmly welcomed by Christopher Skouenborg, Managing Director of Royal Copenhagen, Kit Danielsen, Chair of the Danish Women’s Network (DWN), and Michael Andersen, Secretary General of the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce (DTCC). Christopher took guests on a fascinating journey through more than a thousand years of porcelain-making history, tracing its origins in China and explaining how the craft has evolved into the highly refined production process used today at the RC factory.

Following the factory tour, guests had the opportunity to paint their own cups using Royal Copenhagen’s iconic blue color. The visit concluded with lunch and refreshments at the factory, providing further opportunities for networking and conversation.
