The DTCC Annual General Meeting 2026 was held at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel Bangkok with a wonderful view to the Chao Phraya River. The AGM venue and refreshments for the 13 guests was sponsored by AGM.
A total of 19 votes were present including proxies from members who could not attend. The conditions for conducting the AGM were all fulfilled and the meeting was held in a smooth and orderly manner.
The activities and the office set-up were reported on by the DTCC board. A number of updates on the website were presented, also the website has been moved to a webhost in Denmark where the security is higher with free automatic backup and the double space to half the price of the cost here in Thailand and Singapore.
In July 2025 the ED visited Denmark and the Embassy of Thailand in Copenhagen. During this visit HE The Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark Ms. Suphanvasa Chotikajan Tang was appointed as an Honorary Member of the chamber.
At the AGM meeting Mr. Dan Uhre and Mr. Nicolaj Stubbe Hørlyck stepped down from the board and Mr. Martin Bundtofte Kyhn was re-elected for a new term as Board Member. Mr. Jesper Pilgaard, Mr. Karsten Brammer and Mr. Morten Porsild were approved as new members of the board.
The new board comprises the following seven (7) members:

- Mr. Karsten Brammer, DanThai Machinery.
- Mr. Morten Porsild, OMORFIA BEAUTY.
- Mr. Michael Nordstrom, Lion Digital Marketing.
- Mr. Martin Bundtofte Kyhn, Blue Water Shipping Logistics.
- Mr. Michael Andersen, Individual Member.
- Mr. Worapatr Nilklang, Padiworada Group.
The chamber would to extend its sincere thanks to Kristian Petersen, the General Manager Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel for the fine service including snacks and drinks provided during the AGM. After the meeting the guests convened downstairs at the hotel bar area where Martin B. Kyhn, Country Manager for Blue Water Shipping financed a round of drinks to celebrate the DTCC new board.
