On the 26 March 2026 DTCC members and guests gathered to listen and get answers to legal questions pertaining to labour law and taxation issues for expats living in Thailand.
In 2025 the Thai government updated the labour law on a number of important issues both in regards the employee and the employer. Furthermore, updates on visa, especially under BOI and work permit regulations, were presented as well as the taxation regulations.
The networking session was very lively and gave the participants a unique opportunity to get answer and to discuss issues on the subjects presented, while enjoying the delicious food from Stable Lodge with plenty of drinks.
