Please notice that the Visa Application Center VFS do not receive Danish visa applications on the following four Fridays:

  • March 16
  • March 23
  • March 30
  • April 6

This means that you cannot submit visa applications on these dates. It is still possible to hand in application on the other weekdays.

The Embassy processing time is normally 15 days; however, peak season is currently causing a greatly increased number of visa applications. Although, we are doing everything in our power to accommodate the 15-day deadline, please be aware that longer processing time can be expected for applications with a traveling date longer than approximately 20 days.

Processing time shorter than 15 days is not realistic and urgent processing is a ground rule not be expected.
