Dear Members and Friends,
Invites to Join us for a day of fun celebrating ”Fastelavn” the Danish tradition of Shrovetide. We start with a Family Service followed by the traditional ”Slå-katten–af-tønden” a Danish. Pinata style game and announcement of this year’s Cat King and Cat Queen. Then there will be a lottery and sale of Danish hot dogs and sweet Fastelavn buns.
Dress-up as your favorite monster, princess, flower, clown or superhero. The best dressed-up/costume will win a price.
